How to Prepare?

Basic Preparation

Step 1: Clean your rack of lamb. In this step, you’ll remove the fat cap from the rack of lamb. How to easily remove the fat cap.

Step 2: Crush your garlic using the side of your chef knife and keep it aside.

Step 3: After Step 1, sprinkle your desired amount of salt and grounded pepper.

Step 8: Place in your oven at 220 degrees celsius for 10 to 20 mins. Your rack of lamb will be done at 57 degrees celsius.

However, if you don’t have an oven at home, properly wrap your lamb in foil paper well it’s still hot with the ingredients you use for searing – ginger, rosemary, and thyme.

Step 9: Use your chef knife to cut in between the bones and serve.

How To Garnish your Rack of Lamb with Breadcrumbs

To spice things up, you can garnish your lamb with breadcrumbs.

Now, if you choose to use breadcrumbs from your rack of lamb, you’ll prepare your lamb differently.
